The moderating role of career decision regret in the relationship between visions about the future and proactive career behaviors: Turkey sample

This study was conducted to examine the moderating role of career decision regret in relationship between university students' visions about future and proactive behaviors.The consisted a total 312 students, including 167 (53.5%) females 145 (46.5%) males, at Eastern Mediterranean Region Turkey. Visions Future Scale, Career Decision Regret Engagement Scale were used as data collection tools. Correlation analysis regression based on bootstrap method employed analysis. As result correlation analysis, it concluded that behaviors had significant relationships with regret. The determine effect indicated behaviors. Promoting individuals’ reducing can contribute increasing behaviors.Resultsobtainedwere discussed, suggestions made for practitioners researchers.
